Title: Customer Service Specialist

Mission:

Act as liaison between OSRAM customers and operations at OGZ.

Effectively manage communications with customers and internal related dept. and act as a customer advocate in ensuring correct prioritization of requirements.

Responsibilities:

1.Receive customer orders as customers' contact windows, and maintain the internal customer relations

2.Translate customer orders into SAP and obtain the confirmation from internal supply chain

3.Arrange the shipment according to delivery confirmation, create OB in system. Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, logistics & quality, to make sure the on-time delivery & on-quality delivery to the customers.

4.Communicate & coordinate with customers on delivery issues, such as delivery plan, RMA and change requests.

5.Record and analyze statistically all actual delivery data and summarize the OTIF C/R to management.

6.Coordiante with SCP to meet customer requests, and also monitor customer order behavior

7.Process improvement & optimization, like PPDS, SAP utilization improvement.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree holder in business management, logistic, international trading, IT

2.At least 2 years international & internal customer service or commercial related fields experience

3.Have Supply Chain logic, SAP and system launch experience is preferable

4.Good at Excel , PPT.

5.Good command of oral and written English.

6. Know well of customer service skills and interpersonal skills,can work under high pressure.
