Roles:
* Accountable for assortment decision by cluster/footage, in order to deliver PNS budetary and strategic target through Regular Range Review;
* Accountable for POG display logic based on customer decision tree and operational efficiency;
* Oversees the space utlization in POG setting in order to maximize profitability whilst maintianing right

footage right store / right range right stores;
* Supervise planogram class control for replenishment setting (both normal / promotional items)

Main Responsbilities:
* Ensure Assortment decision is based on overall profitability maximization throughtout RR process;
* Supervise POG set up and ensure they are complied with Merchandising rules and recommend changes in rules

whenever appropriate;
* Work closely with buying to ensure BU group's / OL / brands / New Products strategies are addressed in

range/POG decision;
* Work closely with Operation to ensure POG are practical for store implementation;
* Supervise Merchandisers in range reviews to ensure decisions made are based on item performance and company

strategies;
* Drive simiplicity through plangoram and range reduction if applicable;
* Supervise, monitor and develop merchandisers on all merchandising related matters.

Requirement:
* Degree Holders;
* Working experience in Retailers;
* Strong analytical and communication skill;
* Proficiency in MS office - excel, powerpoint, etc;
* Added Benefit with Database Management Knoweldge - ACCESS / SQL, etc.
