Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Roll out helpdesk service for end user on the computer maintenance , system security audit , computer related knowledge training, peripherals and application software using.
2. Review the IT related requirement from end users and follow the standard operation to get the approval from management.
3. Responsible to provide good efficiency recommendation to country IT management on system.

Requirements:
1. At least 1 years IT working experience , MNC experience preferred
2. Experience with demand management and vendor management
3. Good communication skill with end users
4. Good office software skill for Word, Excel and Powerpoint
