JD of Finance supervisor 财务主管职责：
1）capital specialist：processing receiving&paying out foreign currency；in charge all the staff’s payroll ;claim payment for the purchasers;look after our capital flow and do a short term budge report。Monthly report to the headquarter our capital expenditure&flow . Prepare payment proposal and transfer payments in electronic banking system

资金专员：负责收汇和付汇，计算全公司工资和发放，采购人员的报销，资金状况管理，短期预算报告。定期向公司总部汇报资金运营状况。做出付款计划，网银支付管理。

2）Send invoice to all the clients, follow up with Accounts Receivable globally. adjust the payment terms with our supplier based on our capital condition.

负责向客户发出付款通知，跟进应收账款。根据公司资金状况调整供应商的支付条款。

3）Contact with our accounting firm，check our monthly tax report &various report and make sure they are all correct。.

负责跟我司的会计师事务所沟通，审阅每月的各种税的税务申报表和资产负债表&利润表，确保数据都正确。

4）Annual verification for all the licences.
证照年检

5）Contracts review（payment terms&invoice&price） and file.
合同审阅（主要看付款条件、发票、价格等条款）及归档

6）Relationship with local Government, tax bureau, banks and other authorities. ensures all reports to China authorities are correct and in time.
政府，税局，银行等关系维护；向政府部门及时准确地报送相关文件。

7）Other required，you will be required to do lots of administration job and document file
其他上级交代的工作，例如行政工作、文件归档

8）Process foreigner's working visa and business visa

办理外国人工作签证/商务签证



Job requirement 任职资格的具体描述：
colleague degree，major subject is accountancy
大专学历，会计专业

Work experience: 2 years, used to working in international environment priority
2年以上工作经历，有在外资企业工作过的经验优先。

language Skills: Communicate in English (verbal and in writing),CET6 above.

语言技能：英语六级以上，听说读写能力强。

Able to work under time pressure,and willing to solve the urgency problems independent， willing to grow with the company
技能：能够在压力下工作,愿意独立解决工作中所面临的突然状况，愿意与公司共同发展。

The transportation here is not so good,living in Panyu will be better.

这里交通不太方便，最好是能住在番禺
