职位描述
Job Purpose
This is an internal technology role focusing on managing the rollout of technology systems at the learning centers and act as main IT contact between the field (i.e. learning centers) and home office. The candidate will perform all tasks related to center rollout which fall outside of the outsourcer’s contractual agreement. The incumbent will also help perform field test for all technology changes and assist in the refinement of the center technology build-out guide book and act as 3rd level support for center systems when required.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the technology portion of the training center rollout tasks through partnership with outsourcer
· Report detail training center systems rollout status and perform relevant tasks including but not limited to the coordination of telecom line setup, inventory reporting, applications and filling of documents
· Build Altiris deployment server according to training center rollout schedule
· Identify center rollout risk areas and work with relevant parties to minimize impact to the rollout schedule
· Partner with IT Technology Analyst on the implementation/upgrade/renewal of center systems as defined in the center technology build-out guide book
· Provide local on-site technical support if required
· Participate in Company technology projects/initiative (including BCP and DR exercises) as required.
Requirements
Education
? University degree majoring in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Language Skill
· Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
Experience
? Minimum 3 years working experience in a Microsoft based environment
? Minimum 3 years relevant systems support experience in large global organization
? Minimum 3 years project management experience in setting up new retail outlets in multiple locations
? Experience in IT service delivery and hardware/software provision
? Experience in managing 3rd party service provider
? Experience in infrastructure project and program management
? Sound knowledge of IT industry, key suppliers and equipment
Attributes
? Excellent organizing, delivery and follow up skills
? Methodical, disciplined approach
? Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and respond to tight deadlines
? Proactive and ability to work independently with limited supervision
? Good communication and documentation skills

Travel
· Intercity or inter province travel is required.
Working Hours
· Will need to work long hours over weekend and/or holidays
Professional Qualification/Certification (Preferred)
? Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) -- Preferred
? Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) – Must have
? Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) – Must have
? Altiris Certified Professional (ACP) -- Preferred
? Project Management Professional (PMP) – Must have
