Job Description-- Shoes Technician and Quality Control

1. Job Title / Reports to

Shoes Technician and Quality Control;

Reports to China Buying Representative.

2. Job Purpose

Shoes technical support for all stages of manufacturing process in order to improve continuously our product quality and avoiding delays. Support factories, buyers and designers in terms of technical issues.

3. Principal Accountabilities

3.1 Plan, develop and maintain quality control procedures and inspections for new products and packaging, according to requirements;

3.2 Follow up all new developments ;

3.3 Raw materials control;

3.4 Manufacturing technical support;

3.5 Make pre-production inspection and report technical issues to avoid and anticipate production problems;

3.6 Hold technical meetings with suppliers to discuss critical issues in bulk production;

3.7 Assure in line quality inspection and final inspection, according Military Standard M105E and AQL standards;

3.8 Make technical and inspection quality reports;

3.9 Control the execution and effectiveness of factories corrective, preventive and improve actions;

3.10 Implement quality best practices regarding processes and products;

3.11 Promote and audit operations best practices and propose continuous improvement actions.

4. Qualifications and Key attributes

4.1 High School and It is considered relevant any Quality training;

4.2 Relevant experience in shoes quality inspection according AQL standards;

4.3 Relevant experience and expert knowledge of Shoes Manufacturing and Technical Issues.;

4.4 Team coordination and dialogue capacities to establish consensus;

4.5 Informatics knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);

4.6 English fluent.

5. Professional Experience

At least 4 years of professional experience in shoes technician and quality control.
