Responsibilities:

1. Improve China sales system

2. Lead sales operation and achieve declared sales and marketing goals;

3. Supervise the daily operation of sales team;

4. Uncover and solve operational problems in sales activities;

5. Establish and maintain an efficient and effective sales operation with a well-documented process control mechanic;

6. Master market and competitive situation for strategic planning;

7. Initiate a close cooperation with different functional groups within the company;

8. Formulate marketing strategies and develop plans to achieve the business objectives for China market

9. Own the ability to train and coach sales team members



Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above ;

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in senior management position; minimum 10 years of architectural or construction product sales experience working for western multinational company. Preference will be given to those from a US MNC background;

3. Experience in managing sales team members at a distance;

4. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese are essential;

5. Travel to various locations upon business needs is required.
