职责：
1、负责园林设计专业组的园林设计研发和园林设计管理工作；
2、织各种资源进行项目的方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计管理，使产品的最终效果符合预期的要求；
3、推广新材料、新技术、新产品施工工艺、市场运用信息，助项目前期调研；
4、编制和贯彻产品园林景观的产付标准，满足公司产品定位和发展需要，实现公司的产品创新目标；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，园林景观、城市规划或环境艺术相关专业毕业；
2、事园林景观设计或设计管理工作八年以上；
3、有较好的综合协调能力，有较强的方案辨别能力和现场设计能力，有较强园建与绿化施工图审能力，有施工管理经验。
4、能运用专业绘图软件和项目管理及办公软件，国家英语四级以上水平。
