Duties & Responsibilities

This role is responsible for contact center management reporting, business projection, campaign planning and staffing. The person will also assist in improving processes and running special projects.

1. Help set up contact center management information system.
2. Deliver regular reports (sales performance, service dashboard, etc.) accurately and timely.
3. Perform data analysis and interpret data into meaningful information to identify problems and opportunities as well as support management decisions and strategic planning.
4. Establish forecast mechanism to enable gap analysis and operation planning.
5. Work with profit center to plan campaign implementation schedule and resource arrangement.
6. Conduct semi-annual review of contact center staffing and service capacity. Increase contact center capacity through shift arrangement.
7. Assist in reviewing and refining operational processes where appropriate.
8. Help Contact Center Manager to run special projects.
9. Assist in development of presentation materials.
10. Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in mathematics, statistics, management information system, or business;
2. At least three-year data analysis or similar experience in multi-national company, insurance company or call center experience preferred;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Excellent English reading and writing skills;
5. Self-driven, both detail oriented and with the ability to see big picture;
6. Computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office;
7. Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure;
8. Strong learning ability, good teamwork spirits.
