Job Description:

1.Out-tray documents (e.g. to HR, Finance) and delivery mails
2.Stationery Delivery
3.Follow up the facility issue (e.g. daylight lamp not working, Vendor machine not working or Printer not working etc)
4.Meeting room arrangement, helps to reserve meeting room and VC room regular meeting, resolve room conflict and 5.handle other ad-hoc request
6.Facilities setup for meetings/presentations (e.g. projector, notebook, VC, water, etc)
7.Arrangement for visitors (e.g. access cards, car booking, notebook/equipment reservation, snack/drink order and arrangement)
8.Help on the team function / tea party / team lunch / events logistic (e.g. order food & drinks)
9.Travel logistics arrangement, e.g. visa scanning, hotel booking, prepare the application form or invitation letter....etc.
10.Deliver stuffs from Trade Union, e.g. holiday gifts
11.Library management (per team or floor) --- if applicable
12.Document/Training materials bulk printing/copying/binding
13.Maintain management records by team, eg: Maintain List and statistic of visitors, travel, STA, team fucntions or the valuable information which the PA can access.
14.Help to carry out "clear desk" checking when required
15.Team shared laptops management (i.e. storage, receive/release the shared laptops and maintain a s/s for record)
16.Logistics for new joiners (e.g. Arrange PC, dual monitors, headset, hard-phone, sitting plan update, staff info update etc..)
17.Bring interviewees / visitors to 15/F to register and get the visitor pass, and contact staff to fetch them.
18.Check printers paper stock
19.Help return the unused desktop or laptop to admin
