The Recruitment Responsible is accountable to
? Attract and motivate qualified candidates to join H&M
? Explore effective sourcing channels for recruiting talents
? Develop candidate pipeline and build trusted relationship with business partners
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment Processes
? To screen, select, arrange & interview candidates and give feedback & advice to the hiring manager on the suitability of the candidates
? Source candidates in creative and cost effective ways (e.g social networking tools, research and market mapping, employee referrals, advertising, recruitment agencies)
? Proactively build candidate pools in key position and manage relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment opportunities.
? Ensure recruitment systems, processes and policies are applied for all hires. Ensure consistent assessment and selection of candidates
? Act as an ambassador for the employer brand and take part in career talks
? Follow recruitment policies and procedures from time to time based on local labour requirements
Provide Daily Administration Support
? Prepare documents related to staff employment activities, such as reference check, employment contracts
? Conduct first-day orientation for new employee
? Create a new employee personal information file & store any employment related documents
? Enter personal data for new employee in system.
? Provide team admin support such as employee referral program, recruitment status report and filing
? Conduct various analysis and compile periodic reports on recruitment activities such as performance of recruitment channels and hiring statistics etc
? Assist on HR projects
Education and Experience
? Professional education in either/or: Business, HR Management, or related discipline
? Has interviewing experience both at junior and middle management level.
? Knowledge of best-practice recruitment techniques
? Well conversant with Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation and Tax regulations
? Solid recruitment experience
? Experience in sizable multi-national companies with matrix reporting structure
Skills
? A thorough understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
? Strong organization skill
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think logically and strategically
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
