Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)


? Be familiar with all aspects of BVCPSIAA business in order to maintain professional services and develop positive client relationships.


Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)

? Work with operating office

? Work with lab

? Work with sales office, key account managers, program managers

? Work with local and overseas customers

? Work with QA & Integrity Team

? Work with invoicing team


Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

? Collaborating with BD/program manager in establishing client's procedures

? Accurately interpret client's procedures into COP / IFI / CPT so operation team can understand and execute with minimum discrepancy

? Regular review and maintain the update-ness of all documents (i.e. COP/IFI...etc) on FTP related to clients

? Coordinate all activities between clients, SO, and OO for NVC's order.

? Collect all necessary inspection material and/or information and forward to Operating Offices (i.e. packaging, approval sample etc.) if client prefer one contact point.

? Handle day-to-day enquiries from clients, SO, and OO

? Collaborate with relevant OO to prepare client activity report summary timely if per client's request

? Collaborate with relevant OO to prepare billing summary timely for invoicing team

? Maintain & announce documents regarding client's information & requirement at FTP

? Monitor OO's activities to ensure client's program is implemented smoothly and consistently, can raise up when seeing problems

? Create IFI or FI when necessary

? Collaborate with Credit control department for financial issues

? Initiate customer complaint procedure and facilitate CCR office in investigation

? Attend client meeting when needed

? Suggest improvements on client's procedures or BV internal processes, ideas either initiated personally or collected from line

? Can sense potential problems that may lead to customer's dissatisfaction or BV internal processes difficulties
