- Keen and enthusiastic

- Ideally have more than 2 years’ experiences in developing computer applications, JAVA, J2SE/J2EE.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Both a teamwork approach and self-sufficiency

- Ability to work flexibly and take responsibility for all areas of work as required.

- Core server-side Java experience (Spring, web service , Apache Thrift, XML APIs, Junit, Ant, Hadhoop )

- Structured Query Language (SQL) and fundamental knowledge of Database.

- Experience with multi-thread, spanning regions, hardware and technology.

- Agile/XP development techniques and tools.

- Following skills/experiences would be an added advantage:

n Experienced in Test Driven development / Pair Programming

n Working knowledge of Python

n Working knowledge of C++

n Working knowledge of JNI
