工作职责:

1. 与保时捷管理中心/保时捷中国沟通,制定并实施零配件定价策略.

2. 管理零配件部门，销售和提供保时捷汽车配件以及指定产品，包括ET/AT,POW等。

3. 管理零配件存货,以满足保时捷中心和客户的需求,制定策略改进客户服务工作.

4. 确保任务和指标的完成,如库存周转，培训安排和工作时间等。

5. 根据保时捷/保时捷中国的标准，检查，分析和改进现有的工作流程。

6. 领导和管理团队,必要时提供保时捷中心内部培训.

任职资格:

1. 至少2年零配件管理或相关职位的工作经验.

2. 大专或以上学历,具有相关专业的本科学历者优先.

3. 良好的中英文沟通能力和分析能力.

4. 优秀的团队合作能力,领导力和管理能力

5. 抗压能力强.

Job Duties:
1. Formulate and implement parts or pricing strategy with Porsche Center Management /Porsche China.
2. Through managing the parts department or sales activities to sales and supply Porsche auto parts as well as designated products actively, including ET/AT, POW etc.
3. Analyze the current service , parts and KPI , arrange strategies and improve customer maintenance work.
4. Maintain inventory to satisfy Porsche Center and Customer requirements any time.
5. Ensure finishing the tasks & index completely and exactly formulated by both Porsche Center Management、Porsche China, such as inventory turnover, training arrangement and work-time sales.
6. Leading and managing team in all aspects,.
7. According to the Porsche/Porsche China standards, check, analyze and improve all current working procedures.
8. Provide internal training in the Porsche Center when necessary.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years work experience in parts manager or similar position.
2. College degree or above, have relevant bachelor degree is prefer.
3. Good at communication skill in Chinese and English.
4. Leadership and team management experience.
5. Excellent customers service awareness.
6. Can work under pressure.
