职位描述

International Sales Manager

You are going to work closely with the General Manager and play a crucial role in this position, acting as a key executing part of the senior management to deal with general management, sales management and supply chain management etc. in Maticline, and particularly sales management. If you turn out to be an excellent leader with sound management & communication skills as well as good knowledge and integrity, after working with us for 4-5 years, it is highly possible for you to take the lead as a whole then.

What do you need to do:
In General, you need to cooperate with the General Manager to do everything which is needed to realize Maticline’s objectives and vision and fulfill Maticline’s mission. And more or less, you are the DOING part, instead of THINKING part, although THINKING part is still highly critical for you. Your detailed responsibilities may include as below:

Section A: Sales Management
1. Develop qualified sales force by performing orientation and other business trainings for overseas sales and technical teams independently, although other colleagues are at your disposal for cooperation – Note: company full training will be provided;
2. Monitor and supervise the work and activities of overseas sales force so as to drive them to get more results efficiently, and go out with the sales to meet clients, assisting them for business negotiation when necessary;
3. Develop Maticline sales management system and improve Maticline sales theories based on practices etc., together with the General Manager and the sales force etc.;
Help the HR team to select and recruit high-caliber overseas sales force in different countries and cultures.

Section B: Supply Chain Management
1. As diversification is a core strategy of Maticline, you need to identify the new market opportunities with the sales forces and help the R&D team and procurement team to formulate the new supply chain to partner with us to provide the market competitive offers;
2. Provide the manufacturing partners advice and even guidance from the perspective of a marketer, so that their products can be more solution-oriented and customer-centric;
3. Monitor and report any improper marketing activities from the manufacturing partners, working with the senior management and procurement team to tackle such issues.

Section C: General Management
1. Develop and identify leaders in the overseas sales force and help select and promote high-caliber sales to be a good leader in the local market;
2. Contribute on Maticline's general strategies etc. for improvement;
3. Handle other businesses assigned by General Manager.

Requirement for application:
1. B.S + Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar majors; or B.A + Degree in Marketing or Business Administration etc. with good technical knowledge background. A combination of commercial and technical knowledge structure is mostly preferred. At least CET-6 with fluent English speaking, listening and writing skills.
2. Be extensively interested in the work mentioned. Hard-working in nature. Be persevering for professionalism and thirsty for knowledge. Critical thinking.
3. Extroverted personality with sound social skills is preferred. Be able to travel a lot globally, and sometimes alone.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software will be a plus.
