Responsibilities:
To deliver accurate information & manage post order activities to ensure on-time shipments as per the timelines mentioned on critical path.
· Working with the country merchandising teams, ordering teams and suppliers to ensure accurate purchase orders creation
· Following up the orders, productions and shipments to ensure products can be produced and delivered on time to meet critical deadlines
· Managing change requests to ensure orders and shipments are being handled accordingly & amendments on ordering systems are done on time
· Delivering all business key performance indicators (KPI's), producing and managing action plans to address areas of underperformance to maximize service level
· To escalate key issues to Lead Merchandiser / Commercial teams so that required action can be taken in timely manner
· Providing visibility on future shipments to different stakeholders in business highlighting all the potential risks related to production
· Answering queries and resolving end-to-end operational issues related to post order

Requirements:
· Graduate with at least 3 year relevant experience in Clothing
· Sufficient office PC skills.
· Fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin is essential
· Attention to detail and organisation skills
· Time management, responsiveness and ability to deal with suppliers & operations team
