Job Description：
1. Organize QMS internal & external audit, coordinate action plan, monitor action progress and verify the effectiveness组织质量管理体系的内审、外审和日常监督检查，对审核结果组织整改。
2. Prepare and update QMS procedure, continuously review the effectiveness of QMS procedure & propose improvement plan 组织质量管理体系程序文件的编制及修改，检讨QMS程序文件的有效性，提出改善建议。
3. Set up document control center, maintain its effectiveness建立文件控制中心，维护其有效运作
4. Monitor and measurement equipment calibration management监视和测量设备的校准、检定管理
5. Assist quality manager to handle customer complaint, maintain customer complaint database. coordinate corrective and preventive action 协助质量经理处理客户投诉，注册客户投诉，维护客户投诉信息数据库。推动预防和改善行动的实施。

Requirements：
1. Major in Mechanics, Electronics, or related; 学历：机械、电子或相近专业本科
2. Good at English in both oral and written; 英语：读、写、说能力全面
3. Familiar with ISO9000 QMS and implentation, and holding ISO internal auditor certificate; 熟悉ISO9000 质量管理体系及其实施，有ISO内审员证书
4. Familiar with CAR, 8D, SPC, FEMA, and fishbone diagram; 熟悉CAR, 8D, SPC, FMEA, 鱼骨图的使用
5. Know about filing, documentation distribution, scrap and retrieval; 对文件归档、分发、报废、检索有一定认识
6. Familiar with basic audit methods, and traceability requirement of inspection tools; 熟悉基本的检定方法,熟悉规具检定可追溯性要求
7. Familiar with customer complaint handling procedure; 熟悉客户投诉处理流程
8. Have strict and serious working style. 严谨、细致的工作作风
