Responsibilities:

• Set up the factory safety control and fire fighting organization, implement related national regulations and carry out company policy of safe manufacturing;建立工厂的安全控制及防火机构，根据国家相关条例制定公司的安全生产政策。
• Set up complete safety rules and standards, drive the implementation of these safety rules and standards; 建立安全条例及标准，确保其得到有效执行。
• Carry out the safety supervision and be responsible for the safety training of all staff involved to improve safety awareness;制定安全管理规定，并负责所有员工的安全培训，以提高员工安全意识。
• Be responsible for the contact of government safety authorities and ensure local safety codes and regulations are implemented in the factory;负责与政府安全机构的联系，并确保工厂的安全规范的的实施。
• Be responsible for management fire fighting systems and organize routine/periodical safety check on fire fighting system and equipments to ensure safe environment and working conditions; give CAR to all the unsafe conditions which impact personal safety and health;负责消防系统的管理，并组织定期/不定期的检查，以确保有一个安全的工作环境。
• Supervise related depts’ issuing and right use of protection aids; 负责监督相关部门劳保用品的发放及确保其正确使用.
• Cooperate with Prod for the safety management of special equipment and type of work as per national standard; 配合生产部对特殊设备的安全进行管理并确保其按照国家标准运行。
• Be responsible for the safety management of contractors of equipment installing/construction etc. and review and approve the “work license”; 负责承包商的设备安装的安全管理及监督，并为其在工厂作业开工作证。
• Identify and evaluate the safety hazards or accidents, analysis the possible cause and take preventive actions;识别及评估安全隐患及事故，分析原因并采取预防措施。
• Prepare the factory fire fighting plan and arrange proper training and orientation to all the employees, organize fire fighting exercise periodically;准备工厂的消防计划并给员工做相关培训计划，定期组织消防演习。
• Evaluate the safety work performance of all the functions in the workshop and take actions if needed;对工厂各职能部门的安全工作表现进行评估,并视需要采取行动
• Cooperate with HR for the prevention of occupational disease and ensure sanitation on meals and working places;配合HR预防职业病,保证工厂膳食和工作场所的卫生
• Cooperate with related dept for getting equipment regarding safety requirement at factory; 协助相关部门关于设备安全要求的批准。
• Daily patrol all around the factory and in the workshop to ensure safety operations and identify areas for continuous improvement;车间的每日巡逻，以保证安全生产，并找出需持续改进的区域。
• Assist in 5S implementation; 协助推行5S;
• Keep safety records and help to set up factory safety files.保留安全记录以建立工厂安全档案。

Requirements:

• College/University or above, major in related engineering is required; 大专/本科或以上学历，主修相关专业；
• At least 5 years related working experience at plant, familiar with local safety & environment & occupational health codes and regulations; 至少五年工厂相关工作经验，熟悉当地安全生产、环保、职业卫生健康法律法规；
• Guandong or Guangzhou Certified Production Safety Officer at least, Certified Safety Engineer preferred;
• Strong inter-personal communication skills; 较强的人际沟通能力；
• Good English communication skills and PC application skills. 较好的英语沟通能力和电脑操作水平。
