Job Descriptions


Responsibilities:
1. Supplier quality improvement of new production
Supplier quality system control(audit reports)
Process capacity check of new production (QC, inspection reports, CPK and so on)
2. Suppliers mass-production quality improvement
Supplier annual improvement and confirm (annual corrective action)
Feedback defect and corrective and preventive actions (quality defect report and corrective action report)
Audit in suppliers and improve the quality level
3. Internal-production quality improvement
Collect and analyze the problems of daily work(hold quality meeting and follow up corrective actions)
Production-line quality level improvement(Inspection of process, document and WI)

Job Requirements :
College degree or above
Over two years experience in quality management and know the 8D report and 5 why report
Automotive application (science)
Know quality management methods
JLPT- 2 or above or CET-4 or above
