环境健康与安全高级主管/Sr. EHS Supervisor—有外企经工作验优先

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain the ESH management system which is in compliance with the regulations of China, local government and group EHS guideline;

2. Prepare and manage EHS financial and personnel budget, and let it in control;

3. Monitor, track the status and results of all the EHS improvement and corrective actions;

4. Provide support to the relevant department with professional EHS knowledge, participate in project assessment;

5. Works as a consultant to all operations to interpret standards and regulations, help pinpoint safety problems, recommend changes, answer questions, and provide safety related information and support;

6. Coordinate and lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective;

7. Preventive action develop and follow-up with other responsibilities;

8. Reviews design of guard and safety devices;

9. Organize to pass audit for EHS;

10. Maintain updated knowledge of latest practice and technological developments in EHS industry;

11. Establish and develop a competent and motivated EHS team; Response to recruitment, train, incentive and pererrorformance appraisal for EHS personnel;

12. Device, establish and maintain EHS training system to ensure all staffs and visitors to be trained with proper EHS awareness and EHS specialty;

13. Assist with sub-company safety statistics, injury investigation reports and monitors for quality of reports;

14. Liaise with relevant authorities on EHS matters, such as EPB, Safety Bureau, Hygiene Bureau and Fire Department.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years relevant experiences with a minimum of 3 years or above experience in MNC;

2. Familiar with Quality and EHS management system;

3. Strong understanding of country laws and regulations with regard to EHS;

4. Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required;

5. Fluent in both oral and written English;

6. Strong Interpersonal skills / Observation ability / Analytic capability;

7. Strong team work;

8. Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.
