Cost Accounting Manager 成本会计经理（制造业经验优先）

Responsibilities:

1. Perform quarterly standard cost roll and ensure integrity and consistency between SAP and the cost planning systems
2. Perform monthly manufacturing variance analysis (PPV, overhead absorption, etc.)
3. Work closely with US based finance teams to ensure coordination of monthly/quarterly closing process to meet all deadlines
4. Act as a liaison between china service center, global accounting team, other entities, Internal Audit and external auditors
5. Manage engineering change orders.
6. Documentation of processes and training of employees
7. Ensure integrity of internal financial controls and compliance including reconciliations, journal entries and overall compliance with global SOX processes

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above with minimum of 7-plus years of related experience required.
2. Previous experience in a Cost Accounting Manager or similar role desirable.
3. SAP knowledge is preferred.
4. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of divisional / business unit strategic Objectives & Goals, with disciplined Cost Accounting and Month-end Closing & Reporting experience. Experience working within both Local & International teams.
5. Experience establishing and building a team including recruiting, goal setting and training.
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills - both written and verbal.
7. Must have strong English language speaking and writing skills.
