Responsibilities:

There are four pillars for this role.

Business Partnership

- As a key leader in the business and in conjunction with the senior leadership to develop strategies and tactical plans to drive for growth.

- Work with the core service line leaders to bring finance leadership to aid decision making, and provide accurate and relevant information as well.

- Produce and develop the monthly MOR report in a timely manner. Also report and analyse the financials to the Board.

Controllership

- Have responsibility for all finance, treasury, insurance and tax matters.

- Take control of all legal entities in that region and will have responsibility with working the external auditors.

Transformation

- Be responsible for implementing a formal financial accounting reporting package such as MYOB.

- Formally document the controllership policy and procedure to world class standards.

Leadership

- Supervise and foster staff to develop career appropriately.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience, preference for experience working in the big 4, MNC or start-up company.

- Held financial leadership roles in outsourcing service industries or similar is preferable.

- Advanced skills in MYOB, Microsoft Office and appropriate accounting softwares.

- Extensive experience in hands on completion and analysis of financial reports.

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English is a must.

- Excellent planning, analytical and modeling skills.

- Excellent problem solving skills and robust decision making process.
