Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for system testing and quality control for software projects;
- Provide user training support and software support services for staff and clients;
- Proactive follow-up on various project tasks assuring time completion of project;
- Handle urgent software issues and report to client periodically.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Technology or other relevant majors;
- 1 year experience in working with CRM tools,software engineering,system analysis and processing;
- Good communicator in verbal and written English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good analytical skills and keen perception of complex tasks.
