职位描述
工作内容:
1.负责审核产品图纸并明确产品技术标准，与供应商召开新项目会议；
2.负责向客户提供 DFM (Design For Manufacturing) ，与客户确认开模信息及产品设计优化方案；
3.完成项目产品信息确认后，向供应商下发模具加工通知，邮件、电话或现场强调产品和模具信息确认情况，确保供应商明确全部项目信息；
4.跟踪模具生产情况，并定期向客户报告，如遇客户更改设计，及时跟供应商沟通找出新的解决方法，满足客户要求；
5.样品寄出后，及时跟踪并反馈，作出处理问题的方案， 同时与客户沟通确认解决方案的可行性，以解决项目过程中出现的问题点；
6.样品确认后，首批生产全过程跟踪及后续生产技术支持，包括产品包装样式设计、品质管控、交期和出货安排，发现可疑点或问题时需到供应商现场协助解决；
7.负责改模报价及全过程跟踪 (ECN) ；
8.处理上级交代的临时工作。
任职要求：
1.有很强的英语读写能力，口语至少能用英语与客户进行模具及产品技术方面的沟通；
2.大专以上学历，从事4年以上注塑模具行业，其中至少两年项目管理经验;
3.熟悉注塑模具结构，模具加工工艺和注塑工艺，了解喷油、丝印、电镀工艺；
4.能解决注塑过程中出现的常见缺陷；
5.思维清晰，具备良好的沟通能力，能吃苦耐劳，能承受工作中巨大和压力挑战；
6.有快速模具经验及会打篮球者优先录取。

Star Rapid’s facilities are located in the Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan City. We specialize in CNC multi-axis machining, 3D metal printing, injection molding and much more. We use advanced equipment and techniques like the Renishaw AM250 for 3D metal printing and HAAS 5-axis CNC machining to turn customers’ designs into reality quickly and accurately.
