主要职责：
1.根据生产计划安排机加工车间的生产和组织，根据生产订单完成在CNC各单元的生产组织
2.负责机加工的设备，刀具管理，完成重要技术设备等的申购
3.负责车间操作人员的管理，培训和持续的绩效改善
4.负责和相关联部门的沟通


任职要求：
1. 机械制造、机械自动化、精密机械加工或仪器相关专业
2. 5年以上机加工中心工作经验；2年以上部门管理经验
3. 有精密数控加工经验,熟悉精密加工工艺流程；能根据图纸，独立编制加工工艺及加工程序
4. 熟悉机械原理熟悉机械加工工艺
5. 认真负责，严谨细致，具有工程管理能力和团队精神
6. 熟练操作五轴机加工中心者优先
