The incumbent is responsible for the following key functions:

.Analyze processes and identify potential for optimization in the supply chain to improve or maintain service levels while driving reduction of inventory, logistics- and setup cost.
.Lead and facilitate the process improvement projects in supply Chain, including define the critical factors and the action timeline for ensuring the projects can achieve the desirable result.
.Develop and standardize the operations performance reporting (KPI) across different Plants
.Assist in preparing and producing presentation of the metrics for measuring
.Support the production planning & Integrated Business Planning process
.Participate in ad-hoc projects

The Incumbent
.Degree holder in relevant areas - Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse management, Industrial Engineering etc
.At least 3 year’s related working experiences in a production / manufacturing company, exposure with MNCs and China work is an advantage
.With hand on experience in managing process improvement projects is preferred
.Ability to understand complex processes and work independently to develop concepts for improvement initiatives
.Detail minded, independent, self-initiative, well-organized; good team player and customer oriented attitude
.Familiar with the matrix in supply chain/production planning
.Proficiency in MS Office Applications & Chinese Word Processing & ERP
.Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
.Stationed in Foshan and flexible to be travelled within China
.Candidate with more relevant working experience will be considered for senior position
