AG Supervisor 研发主管

Job description：
Lead New Product development projects
- Involved in NPD concept development & evaluation
- Create recipe according to product concept
- In charge of the concept product samples making
- Arrange tasting and drawing conclusion with Marketing
- Arrange factory trial and equipment modification
- Arrange for line release and first production
Provide technical support for production line
- Set up process parameter for production line
- Lead and involved in product quality or efficiency improvement projects
- Arrange technical training to production and related departments

Requirement：
- Bachelor degree or above in Food Science or other related majors
- 3-5 years work experience in food manufacture company response for NPD, process or production
- Good command of English
- Computer competency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
