Key Duties:
1. Assist NPD manager (EAP) to implement New Development project including

a) Lead project plan and CPS initial for assigned projects
b) Monitor project progress through close working with all related functions
c) Lead data and result analysis and give pass-forward suggestion
d) Follow SG process / development procedure to make full technical qualification done

2. Aware of new technology and new product at market via kinds of resource to generate possible new technology to meet the new opportunity
3. Comply with ISO/HMP procedure and take overall accountability for department filing system.

？ Pass-forward suggestion in moving project ahead according to initial analysis data
