职位描述

Position Description:
A professional and motivated person to lead labor compliance assessments in China. The primary responsibilities would include the following:
? Undertake a leadership role to undertake labor compliance assessments in a factory setting to determine compliance with local laws and specific client expectations;
? Oversee the report writing process to ensure comprehensive reports are provided according to Level Works and client protocols and timelines;
? Maintain knowledge of Level Works labor compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.

Qualifications:
? High level of integrity and honesty, demonstrated ability to understand the issue of integrity;
? Direct social compliance and/or factory experience and background (including references);
? Relevant educational background or 2+ years of relevant industry experience;
? Fluent in local language(s) (written and spoken);
? Proficiency in written English (includes exam);
? Good attitude, strong presentation skills, and high degree of maturity;
? Ability to work independently;
? Ability to undertake extensive local travel.

Location:
Shenzhen or Hangzhou, China

Compensation:
Based on experience & background. Compensation will include incentives for business relationship growth (bonus, etc.), full benefits, and a salary based on candidate experience and background.

Reporting Line:
Reports directly to Supervisors?
