职位描述
Our client is one of the top 10 architectural firms in China focusing on large-scale luxury resort, hotels and residential projects. Due to expansion, they are seeking for several bright individuals to join their team as Architectural Designer or Project Manager in both their Hong Kong Office and Guangzhou Office.
Responsibilities:
? Assist on the design work of classical style luxury hotels & resorts, residential and commercial buildings mainly in China regions
? Oversee projects and liaise with all involving parties to ensure success for both the company and the clients
? Ensure that all project deadlines are met within the given period of time in accordance with the requirements of clients
? Be the bridge of communication between foreign architects and Chinese-speaking clients
? Travel frequently across Hong Kong and China regions
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture or related disciplines
? At least 3 years of post-graduate experience in architectural projects; experience in completing large-scale residential/ hotel / resort projects will be a definite advantage
? Excellent in providing conceptual drawing; ability to present your idea through detail hand drawings will be a definite advantage
? Hands on experience in using Sketchup, AutoCAD and Photoshop
? Innovative, ambitious, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
? Strong verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English is a must; Cantonese will be a plus
? Quick learner with high adaptability
? Willing to travel frequently
? Candidate with solid experience in China projects whose current location is Hong Kong or China will be considered first
