职位描述
General Purpose
Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area ( RC Channel) to achieve sales objectives
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1. develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
2. set individual sales targets with sales team
3. delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
4. co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
5. oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
6. ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
7. monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
8. evaluate performance of sales staff
9. provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
10. plan and direct sales team training
11. assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
12. investigate lost sales and customer accounts
13. track, collate and interpret sales figures
14. forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
15. generate timely sales reports
16. formulate sales policies and procedures
17. help prepare budgets
18. control expenses and monitor budgets
19. maintain inventory control
20. assist to conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis with the marketing department
21. develop promotional ideas on customer accounts and best use of materials
22. cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
Education and Experience
business degree or related professional qualification
experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
technical sales skills
proven experience in customer relationship management
knowledge of market research
experience in managing and directing a sales team
relevant product and industry knowledge
experience with relevant software applications
