GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. standardize induction program for medical sales fore
2. coordinate induction program delivery for medical sales force
3. conduct post evaluation for induction program
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Business Management Activities:
Edit the training manuals, and update training materials
Work close with HR and local medical SF to deliver induction program for new comers
Coordinate induction schedule as well as other logistic arrangement with sales training assistant
Assist Sales Training & Effectiveness Manager to develop induction system
People Management Activities:
Medical sales supervisors/managers who are responsible for induction program's delivery
SCOPE:
Deliver induction program for medical field sales team, at least 200 training hours per year
Complete training reports on monthly basis
Conduct joint call with medical sales representatives or supervisors, at least 30 days per year, and provide joint call reports on time
Update training materials under the direction from Sales Training & Effectiveness Manager
Support medical sales force training
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree and above.
1. familiar with field sales operation of infant formula industry, at least 3 years field sales experience on hospital channel
2. with sales training experience is preferred
Technical know-how:
1. Good understanding on medical sales force operation
2. Excellent presentation skill
3. Excellent communication skill
4. Fluent Mandarin with less local accent
5. Good English on reading
6. Good PC skill
Managerial skills: organization and planning,Self management
Interpersonal skills: good personality with open-minded, passion, team spirit, creative and innovative, a fast learner will be preferred
