Packaging Technical Engineer

Job responsibilities:

• Main responsibilities will be to establish and manage a procurement programmed with a wide range of high quality packaging manufacturers, primarily related to the beauty and cosmetic industry.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry an advantage, and essential to have good English communication skills.
• Position would suit packaging technologist with two or three years experience of working with major international brands, and wanting to have more commercial responsibilities. Should understand the quality and supply chain needs of overseas companies.
• Responsible for the guidance and improve the supplier on product technology and equipment operation technical quality, continuous improvement and improvement of production process; proposes the reasonable solution, together with technical and quality control personnel to solve, and the tracking confirmation;
• Have some material sciences knowledge, especially related to the plastics used in cosmetic packaging, familiar with the tooling process of cosmetic packaging, and have experience in developing respective tools with a number of vendors. Have good understanding of component technical drawings, along with the setting of tolerances on respective drawings, and be able to monitor them through the tooling development process.

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, packaging / printing / polymer material and other related specialty;
2.3 years of experience in cosmetics industry or FMCG products packaging materials development, technology or process control experience;
3.Familiar with the packaging and packaging development process;
4.Fluent in English;
5.Proficiency in office software and AutoCAD, Pro-E software;
6.Active, cheerful, optimistic, good at communication, a good team concept.

工作职责：

1. 有化妆品包装材料的相关专业知识，熟悉化妆品的包装加工工艺，有开发模具的经验，能很好理解组件的技术图纸，可以设定各种化妆品包材的公差。

2. 与化妆品行业的供应商沟通产品开发过程中的技术转移工作，以确保生产的稳定可靠；新产品的试生产的跟踪与指导，确定相应的技术参数；

3. 负责解决生产过程中出现的工艺技术问题, 提出合理的解决方案，会同技术及品管人员共同解决，并对其跟踪确认；
4.指导和提高供应商生产人员对产品工艺技术和设备操作的技术素质,不断完善和改进生产工艺

5. 良好的英语沟通能力，具备美容化妆品行业知识尤佳。

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，包装/印刷/材料等相关专业背景；

2. 拥有3年以上化妆品行业或快速消费品行业的产品包装材料的经验，技术和生产过程控制经验；

3. 熟悉化妆品包材和产品开发；

4. 英文流利；

5. 办公室软件和AutoCAD Pro-E软件操作熟练；

6. 积极，乐观，开朗；善于沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神。
