Job Description
- Conducting Process Audits / Reviews /Gap Analysis
- Analysis on data provided by Processes
- Providing Facilitation to Processes closing the non conformities identified during Audits
- Facilitating implementation of Information Security Guidelines as per ISO & PCI DSS 2.0 standards
- Identifying & Driving Process Improvement Projects through Six Sigma and Lean Methodology
- Play the role of a Team member in various Six Sigma Projects
- Facilitating Information Security Trainings for all employees
- Providing Trainings on QMS, ISMS, PCI DSS etc.
- Providing Facilitation to Processes in implementing Quality & Information Security Standards
- Be a part of a Workgroup working on achieving variuos Quality & Security Certifications in the organisation. Primarily PCI DSS 2.0 & ISO 27001:2005
- Identify & work on process areas wherein we can deliver value additions/Productivity improvement to the clients.
- Collaborate with operations team to implement Industry Best Practices to increase our efficiencies

Job Requirement
- Graduate in any discipline, with good academic profile
- At least 2-3 Years Relevant Experience in Business/Process Excellence
- Orientation on Standards such as ISO 27001:2005, PCI DSS 2.0 & ISO 9001:2008 will be preferred
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Organized and Methodical
- Ability to Multi Task
- Ability to train and mentor
- Be Innovative in Thinking and Strong on Implementation
