Responsibilities:
- Assist with new product sourcing;
- Develop new suppliers;
- Assist with order and sample follow up;
- Direct communication with Norwegian buyers;
- Miscellaneous practical sourcing related work.
Requirement, MUST:
- At least one year working experience with sourcing activities in Western Trading Co., have good knowledge of electrical home appliances, various DIY products, tools / machine and work wear;
- Experience in this business and it’s a plus if the person knows relevant factories;
- Must also have good knowledge of various standards, test, labeling, certifications etc. for the above-mentioned items;
- Good command of both spoken English and written English;
- Customer-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Willing to adapt the different company culture;
- Proactive and independent;
- Able to work in an environment which changes according to customer needs;
- Good communicator.
