Production Administrator report to:
PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

1. PURCHASING:

o Organize and liaise with all the suppliers to purchase all
the raw ingredients necessary for production of Ice Cream
o Support PD in any kind of purchase necessary for production
department
o Make sure that there are no short coming in the supply of the
raw ingredients
o Inform PD about any problem , raise of price , problem of
delivery
o Keep record and listing in a proper manner about all the
suppliers contacts



2. PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATION:
o Arrange production plan with the PD
o Inform Production team
o Inform PD about any change before change happen
o Permanently update data in Kingdee’s software including: ice
cream stocks , ingredients stocks
o Inform PD about any abnormalities and report about any
information’s not updated
o Update , adjust , store, the Recipees and share with
production team under the strict supervision of the PD
o Take care of the Hygiene of the Poduction team office

o 联系和安排所有供应商购买生产冰淇淋所需要的原材料
o 协助生产总监购买生产部门所需材料
o 确保生产部门的原材料供应不出现短缺现象
o 及时上报生产总监所遇到的困难，如价格的提高、交货等问题
o 登记及保存供应商联系表


2 生产管理
o 与生产总监制订生产计划
o 生产部门的信息下达
o 向生产总监汇报任何变化
o 更新金蝶软件数据，包括冰淇淋及原材料库存
o 及时向生产总监汇报生产时所突发的事情及未更新的信息
o 在生产总监的严格监督下对生产部门作适当的调整和信息更新
o 保持生产部门的卫生整洁
