Core Responsibilities:

Ensure month end closing and quarter end closing are on time and reporting requirements are carried out.

Ensure accounting and tax compliance along with audit, statutory filings and reporting.

Review all system data booked and ensure compliance to accounting and tax policy.

Ensure appropriate financial regulations and controls exist.

Support finance controller.

Details:

Review journal entries, AR, AP vouchers, payment vouchers, expenses claims reimbursements.

Review monthly balance sheet schedules including bank reconciliations, AR aging, AP aging and inter-company reconciliations.

Perform monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations and ensure all balance sheet accounts are properly substantiated.

Prepare monthly, quarterly reports such as revenue and cost reconciliation.

Oversee fixed asset movements, register and count.

Position Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:

University degree in Finance/Accounting, Advanced degree and/or accredited financial certification is highly preferred.

Typically requires at least 8 years of relevant experience with accounting and audit experience, more than 2 years of experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Good knowledge on accounting, tax and audit, experience in working with ERP systems. Be familiar with value added tax systems, Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel.

Experience with Ufsoft system is preferable but not required.

Ability to work methodically， accurately and have good all round communication skills and able to work under pressure.
