职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position mainly execute the technical leadership as industrial wireless project support specialist, meanwhile performance the technical managerial jobs, so as to eventually drive continuous engineering capacity improvements and competitiveness
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Improve the productive of wireless project engineering execution by advancing both the Labor and DMP (Direct Material Productivity) via realizing the solution variety
? Advocate engineering excellence by driving standard builds and tools utilization
? Lead to work on Engineering operation standardization as well as to drive for application specialization
? Participate in and involved with those important wireless projects' proposal, discussion and solution providing, etc.
? Improve China wireless project execution capacity, especially develop the technical competence to BU’s service engineers
? Execute lead engineer responsibilities in Cross-BU’s wireless project and some pilot projects
SCOPE
? This position has strong working relationships with cross BUs Service & Wireless Sales Organisation.
? This position is responsible for China cross-BU wireless project management, engineering execution and site service.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
? BS degree in an engineering discipline or professional engineering license/certification
? About 5+ years related working experience in PIMS, DCS, HMI, FF&HART solution engineering related is preferable
? Solid engineering and project management knowledge, including resource planning and basic financial knowledge
? Have a good command on written English
? Frequent travel to customer sites
