1. Manages shipping companies and brokers to fulfill contractual commitments of shipping to customers

2. Develops and initiates the customs handbook for bonded import service

3. Maintains the good relationship with customs, taxation bureau, FX bureau, CCIB, etc. for smooth handling for both import and export

4. Directs department activities, through subordinates, to prepare all necessary paper work, such as shipping document on time prior to shipment or arrival

5. Directs and coordinates the contingency plan in case the delay of container loading, to reduce the loss of paying more logistics cost to minimum

6. Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.

7. Directs personnel activities of department such as recruitment, hiring, Set up Goals & Objectives， performance evaluations, and salary adjustments.
