Working Experiences Requirements：

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Engineering (or comparable subject);
- 机械/工程相关专业，学士学位或以上；
- 3+ years related working experience in Process or Engineering department of MNCs;
- 三年或以上从业经验，有跨国公司经验为佳;
- Good understanding of IC attachment lines;
- 熟悉IC芯片生产的流程、设备和生产模式;
- Experienced in tooling/ fixture maintenance;
- 有工装夹具、模具等维护的经验;
- Experienced in equipment maintenances;
- 有良好的设备维护经验;
- Experienced in production process improvement/ utilization;
- 有改善并优化生产工序的经验;
- Good understanding of IC attachment lines;
- 熟悉IC芯片生产的流程、设备和生产模式。

Responsibilities:

- Training and development of IC attachment operators,
- 负责IC生产线员工的培训和发展；
- Machine reliability, minimize machine down time;
- 保障设备的可靠性，令停机时间降至最低；
- Implementing production technology improvements and IC attachment process development;
- 负责生产技术的改善和IC封装制程的开发；
- Assist operators with off-quality product troubleshooting and equipment malfunction troubleshooting;
- 协助解决不良品和设备不良的原因分析并解决；
- Preventive Maintenance of IC attachment lines to make sure they are in good conditions;
- 通过进行预防性维护以保证设备处于良好工作状态；
- Maintenance manual updating/ drafting /record filing;
- 负责设备维护指引的编写、更新和相关记录的存档；
- Create/Modify process related documents, and make sure these documents can be follow by production;
- 创建或修改工艺文件，并确保其被遵守；
- Spare part management and machine supplier contact;
- 备件及相关供应商的管理；
- 能制定计划以有效预防生产停顿并把损失减到最低；
- Other jobs assigned by supervisor;
- 上级安排的其他工作.
