Job Responsibilities:

- Develop the preparation, issuance and delivery of quotations

- Source, evaluate and propose vendors to ensure products can reach client needs and requirement

- Support and assist project leader in planning and executing all sourcing activities

- To source product strategically, concerning the areas of project budget, cost efficiency, production timeline and quality issues

- Manage all tooling, moulds and samples if it is necessary

- Negotiate prices with suppliers while monitoring their performance

- Always collaborate closely with internal partners include project members as well as Business Manager

- Capability on understanding product engineering, advice comments on technical issues

- Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning

- Expertise in a wide range of products especially for furniture, sanitary wares and hardware

Knowledge and Competence Required for the Job:

- Bachelor degree, major on building material, proficient in PC skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

- 4-5 years of working experience in building material industry

- Possess excellent knowledge on specific products (Furniture, sanitary wares and hardware are preferable)

- Strong communication skills

- CET-6, proficient in both writing and speaking English
