工作职责：Job Description

1、 负责新加坡离岸公司各类财务单证审核及录入工作；

Check and input all kinds of financial vouchers for Offshore company in Singapore

2、 负责审核及处理新加坡离岸公司财务报销工作及其员工工资发放工作；

Check and handle all financial reimbursement for Offshore company in Singapore and in charge of the monthly salary payment

3、 负责处理离岸边公司的日常账务，每月编制会计报表；

In charge of daily accounting booking and prepare of monthly financial statements

4、 负责每月编制销售应收款报表，督促及时催交款；及时清理应收、应付款项；

Prepare of monthly sales AR report and push forward urging payment and promptly clean up the receivables and payables

5、 负责月末汇率调整工作

In charge of monthly end Exchange rate adjustments

6、 负责与德国等海外公司进行日常财务工作沟通，协助财务经理其他事务

Daily communication with financial staff in Germany and other countries in book keeping handling an financial functions, and assist Financial Manager in other ad hoc

7、 负责财务资料及档案保存的管理工作；

In charge of financial information and file management

工作要求：( Job Requirements )

1、 本科或以上学历，会计类专业，持有会计从业资格证；一年或以上会计工作经验；

Bachelor degree holder with 1 or above years’ related experience in accounting and hold the certificate of accounting professional

2、 英语水平达四级或六级，能熟练进行英语口语及书面交流；

Excellent communication skill in spoken and written English, hold English Level Four or Six Certificate

3、 熟悉会计法规及财务操作流程，具独立处理帐务的能力；有SAP系统操作经验尤佳；

Be familiar with accounting regulation and accounting process, be able to work independently and SAP operation experience is preferred.

4、 有良好的学习能力及分析能力；电脑运用能力好；

Active learning ability and analytical skills. Good computer skills.

5、 有涉外会计工作经历或有在新加坡公司工作经历者优先；

Foreign accounting work experience is preferred; Working experience in Singapore company is preferred .
