职位描述：

1、负责设计部相关工作的开展及管理。

职位要求：

1.五年以上广告公司创意设计经验，其中二年以上设计总监岗位工作经验 ；
2.较强的设计管理能力和沟通能力，熟练掌握平面设计的各种技能 ；
3.具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，团队协作精神；
4.有在4A广告公司有同等工作经历者优先；

5、有服务汽车行业工作经验者优先。
