职位描述
This position is responsible for development and implementation of commercial management strategies to enhance the market access and effectiveness of operations and profitability of the Aortic Intervention SBU (AI) in China. Besides, he/she will be responsible to provide timely up?oヾate feedback and analysis on tendering, business partnership and market issues to SBU Manager
Responsibilities
Market Access
1. Manage AI SBU tendering business and hospital listing projects
2. Working in close collaboration with Healthcare Business Solutions (HBS) and Government Affairs (GA) teams for aligning corporate objectives and with liaising/negotiating with external organizations on behalf of the SBU to ensure the SBU business is successful in achieving profitable market access for AI products.
3. Work in partnership with sales teams to ensure coordinated objectives, activities and information sharing to enhance effectiveness in achieving optimal outcomes with Tenders.
4. Proactive development and maintenance of high quality relationships with relevant tendering organizations and to collect timely and relevant information and development of strategy and execution to achieve successful market access for AI products.
5. Collaborate with product management on pricing strategies and ensure effective, complete and timely implementation of tenders, billing codes and reimbursement projects.
Channel Management
1. Working in partnership with Asia Sales Manager and the China sales team, to identify and assess the potential value of distribution partners in contributing to the SBU business growth and effectiveness in China.
2. To establish and maintain sound commercial agreements for distribution partners.
3. To work closely with channel partners to ensure there is timely and clear communication and to establish agreement on expectations and to facilitate the resolution of issues.
4. Facilitate the arrangements of distribution supply agreements and authorizations for suppliers with hospitals.
5. Monitor and ensure the execution of effective and efficient service delivery agreed to by Channel distribution partners.
6. Review and provide analysis of performance of distribution partners or associated organizations.
7. Establish clear collaborative working partnerships with relevant functional units that support the SBU(HBS, GA, customer service, finance, logistics).
8. Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the COOK Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements
Requirements:
1. University Degree or above, major in medical studies, business administration or other related discipline;
2. More than five years working experience in Medical Device or pharmaceutical industry;
3. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of healthcare tendering management and/or distributor management;
4. Demonstrated Business acumen with business analytics, negotiation, strategy formulation and its execution.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and to engage with others in aligning objectives and achieve commitment for strategies and their execution.
6. Demonstrated experience and capability of achieving successful sales in competitive market environment.
7. Selfヾirected and highly motivated individual. Selfヾisciplined and accountable and be able to work well under pressure to deliver completed project by deadlines.
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated capability to quickly establish rapport and develop productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to maximize mutual understanding, enhanced perception and influence of key stakeholders in achieving business objectives.
9. Flexible and able to adapt changes with role responsibilities as determined by SBU Manager in order to achieve the priorities of the SBU.
9. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
10. Frequent travel is required.
