职位：德语组客服专员


工作职责：
1、与客户沟通，为客户提供售前售后服务，建立良好的客户关系
2、受理投诉，解决交易纠纷，保障公司账户安全
3、协调销售部门工作顺利开展，为公司销售目标的实现提供帮助
4、管理客户资料及反馈客户需求和建议
5、及时分析与总结相关问题，对改善产品、渠道、销售方式等提供反馈意见

技能要求：
1、学历：大专以上学历
2、德语四级以上水平，优秀的语言表达能力
3、熟悉计算机使用，熟练掌握office办公软件的操作
4、优秀的客户服务及人际沟通能力，及较好的问题处理能力
5、善于发现问题，并能及时作出判断
6、有电子商务行业客户服务相关工作经验优先
