1、指导并监督部门人员开展日常工作，确保公司需求产品的正常采购量；

2、监管重点和大宗采购项目的谈判、签约，检查合同的执行和落实情况；

3、规划采购预算，负责进行采购成本的控制和风险的防范，实时掌握市场价格变动、市场供应状况变化动态等，有效运用采购技术及技巧，控制公司采购成本；

4、负责对供应商的评审和管控，确保采购供应链的及时有效；

5、制定采购工作长、短期计划和问题应对策略；

6、与销售部、财务部、物流部等工作关联部门保持密切沟通。

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，理工科、市场营销、国际贸易等相关专业；

2、至少三年以上采购经验，熟悉电子、家居或服装行业者优先考虑；

3、CET4以上，基本口语表达能力，普通话、粤语流利；

4、熟悉采购流程，良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；

5、有敬业精神，团队意识强，有良好的职业道德和素养，能承受一定的工作压力。

6、能适应出差工作；

7、有电子商务行业相关经验者优先考虑。
