1、负责淘宝店铺的日常运营，制订行之有效的管理、营销策略；
2、利用淘宝各种网络营销推广、信息编辑及发布、网上调研及网上商场销售促进的方法，增大店铺点击率和浏览量；
3、制订活动及新品的推广计划、精准的广告投放策略，有效提升店面知名度、关注度，提高商品销售；
4、收集市场行情及竞争对手的销售策略、市场策略等信息，汇总与分析，掌握投资风险。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，男女不限，三年以上电子商务销售行业相关经验（淘宝优先）；

2、熟悉淘宝网、B2C电子商务平台，了解运作架构和后台操作；

3、具有相关的网络推广经验，对网络营销有着自己的独到体会和经验；

4、熟悉淘宝网会员的购物习惯和购物心理，熟悉淘宝网各种营销工具；

5、组织执行策划及沟通能力、理解及创意能力强；

6、思维活跃，工作认真细致，有坚持不懈的精神和毅力，能独立完成各类主题营销活动方案。
