职责
1、组织、实施员工招聘工作，拓宽招聘渠道，建立公司人才库，指导、监督招聘主管级以下人员，储备各类岗位所需的专业人才，满足公司人力需求。
2、全面负责公司人事行政部的各项工作，配合人事经理有效管理内部团队
3、为公司各部门提供专业的人力资源服务，擅长招聘及员工关系管理。
4、组织、实施员工培训工作，提升员工素质，满足公司发展需要。
5、组织、实施绩效管理工作，为公司的人事决策提供信息支持和事实依据。

要求
1、大专以上学历，管理类相关专业
2、二年以上企业人事行政管理经历，丰富熟练的招聘面试经验，能利用各种招聘渠道满足公司招聘需求，建立公司人才库。
3、熟悉企业培训，薪酬福利，绩效考核管理等各模块工作。
4、优秀的沟通协调能力和高效的办事水平，善于运用专业HR知识发现和处理问题
5、高度的责任心和团队协作意识，能承受较大工作压力
6、熟练操作办公软件
