岗位职责：
1、建立并完善人力资源管理体系（包括招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效、员工发展等体系的全面建设），其中培训、绩效模块尤为擅长；
2、负责公司整体人事团队的管理，维护公司员工团队的稳定；
3、负责公司各层人员薪酬与绩效、考核管理；
4、组织制定公司人力资源发展的各项规划，并监督实施，提高公司综合管理水平；
5、及时处理公司管理过程中的重大人力资源问题，处理各种人事纠纷；
6、塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化；
7、总经理交办的其他工作任务

职位要求：
1、大专或本科以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业；
2、熟练操作计算机及办公室软件，熟悉各种人力资源管理软件；
3、3年以上人力资源管理工作经验，1年物流行业人力资源管理经验；
4、具备现代人力资源管理理念，对人力资源管理的六大模块有较深入的认识；
5、优秀的书面、口头表达能力，组织、沟通、协调能力
6、很强的团队领导能力和解决问题的能力
7、熟悉国家及广东省劳动用工法律法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程与运作方式
8、细心、有耐心、有较强的责任心及敬业精神
