职位描述：

1、受理客户的订舱，发货需求，并提供操作指导

2、在每日截单时间之前，整理汇总客户的订单并及时传递至业务操作组

3、负责及时向客户反馈确认信息，包括订舱确认，单据确认，发货确认，费用确认及到货确认等

4、受理客户投诉并提出解决方案，及时整理及反馈客户意见

5、向客户提供专业的咨询服务，与客户保持良好关系

6、建立和管理客户档案，协调公司与客户之间的关系，提升客户满意度

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、物流、海运等相关专业毕业

2、有呼叫中心callcenter经验者优先考虑

3、1年以上进出口贸易、国际货代行业、客户服务工作经验

4、熟悉进出口相关管理政策，进出口货物的报关流程及海关商检流程；

5、具有一定的英文能力和计算机操作能力
